What does this mean?
You can take this document to Amazon, B&N, and others and get control of your accounts. It still won't be easy, but now you have legal precedent.
You also can contact Bowker to have them deactivate your ISBN registered under IPG. Remember, you cannot transfer or take over an ISBN. But by deactivating it the ISBN will be unnassociated from the IPG account.
You also contact any designers or production facilities that worked with your book and get unfettered access to any files they may have on file. Note however that there may be fees associated with the collection and distribution of materials and assets.
It does not mean you will get missed commissions from the past few months. Those are still under the jurisdiction of the the bankruptcy. But you can capture your commissions going forward.

We extend our thanks to Stuart Rodgers who was patient with us dealing with the objection and has continued to be helpful in the process of resolving these issues.
